However, like all procedures of this type, there is a possibility of adverse events, although not everybody experiences them. These adverse events include but are not limited to minimal acute inflammatory tissue reaction (redness, swelling, rash, oedema, erythema, lumps/nodules, etc.), pain (which may be temporary or persistent in nature), transient haematoma, bruising, or infection.

The onset of any side effect must be reported immediately. Please contact the local Genefill  representative or authorized Genefill distributor. Alternatively, send the following details to Genefill on pharmacovigilance@biosciencegmbh.com:

Gender, Age, Country of residence, Name of doctor or clinic, Product name and Batch number (information available on syringe stickers on patient history), Volume injected and Site of injection, Description of the complication, Onset date, Severity, Previous treatments with Genefill and/or other products, and contact information.
